Using an exclusive Post-it® eFlag dispenser developed by 3M Corporation, KwikTag's patented system simplifies the process of managing paper before, during and after scanning. | |||

Using KwikTag requires just three simple steps: | |||

1. Profile - the document automatically from Expert Office applications 2. Tag - the document with a Post-it® eFlag 3. Scan - the document whenever convenient | |||

KwikTag's process does not disrupt staff working patterns or paper flows, making it easy for every office worker to profile, scan and retrieve their own documents. Not only can paper-based documents be captured with KwikTag, users can also tag and file electronic documents like word processing documents, spreadsheets or emails. | |

KwikTag leverages existing office equipment including copiers, scanners, multi-function printers and fax machines, meaning stacks of profiled and tagged documents can be batch scanned at any time using any networked scanning device.
