I-nnovate offers DocSolid’s KwikTag Document imaging solution which uses patented barcode labels known as Tags. The Tag links the physical document to its image processing and filing instructions. Then, at any scanning device, stacks of documents can be placed in the feeder, and the job is scanned and processed by simply pressing the scan button.

KwikTag OfficeDoks

KwikTag OfficeDoks is an optional add-in that provides an easy way to store documents that are already in digital form. Emails, MS Word files, Spreadsheets, and any document can be easily filed into KwikTag. All documents, whether scanned or captured from MS Office are fully indexed, so they are retrievable by the index data you apply, but also by the contents of the documents.

KwikTag Integration

I-nnovate exclusively provides feature rich integration for KwikTag with both Elite® Enterprise and ADERANT Expert®, which allow users to easily intake and retrieve KwikTag documents without altering their current workflow. Document metadata is automatically captured for profiling from the specific application where users are working, and requires no additional data entry.
