Overview

I-nnovate's KwikTag connector 3.0 for Elite® Enterprise allows users to intake and retrieve scanned images associated with transactions directly in Enterprise, without any need to switch between financial software and imaging software. Documents are added as users create or edit transaction entries, and the metadata needed for KwikTag profiling is automatically extracted from the Enterprise form data which the user has entered. When viewing an existing transaction entry, users can display a list of associated KwikTag documents, and retrieve any of those documents for immediate viewing.

New in Version 3.0:

I-nnovate’s newly released version 3.0 includes several noteworthy enhances. The document retrieval grids used in all integrated modules have been upgraded. All documents which have been added for an entry to the Connector drawers, whether through OfficeDoks, the KwikTag Clients, or Enterprise itself, can be retrieved from within Enterprise. The document listings also include additional metadata to help users find the particular document they are searching for.

I-nnovate also provides a custom Imaging Station module to allow Matter, Client, and Invoice documents to be digitally filed and retrieved with ease. Retrieval points for these documents are also provided within their respective Elite modules.

Additionally, I-nnovate has developed integration with Whitehill Document Studio commonly used for formatting the bills and proformas produced by Enterprise. With this integration, any Whitehill template can be customized so that all KwikTag documents added for the vouchers included on a bill or proforma are appended to the end.
